Jeffrey is a licensed attorney and has extensive experience prosecuting patent applications. Jeffrey also has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and prior professional experience as an engineer and project manager in the national defense industry. Patricia is a patent agent having over 20 years of experience prosecuting patent applications. She has a background in mechanical engineering and speaks fluent German. Jeffrey and Patricia’s combined strengths provide the firm with a unique ability to meet a broad range of client needs.
The team also has extensive experience with trademark matters, has successfully obtained hundreds of trademark registrations, navigated trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, prosecuted and defended trademark infringement proceedings, and negotiated and drafted complex licensing agreements. Jeffrey is the attorney of record on more than 400 trademark applications and has engaged in dozens of enforcement actions, and Harry Bee has over 25 years of trademark experience and assists in the prosecution of trademark applications and in defending and pursuing trademark infringement, opposition, and cancellation actions.
