With respect to the disclosure of an invention, both the terms "printed publication" and the more general term "publication" are generally taken to mean any record embodying or showing the invention that is set in a fixed medium, such as printed text, drawings, film, audio and video tape, photographs, and all other tangible means, including machine-readable media, such as CD-ROMs.
