Patricia has been practicing intellectual property law since 1998. She has helped obtain patents for a wide variety of inventions that include medical devices, data mining software, advertising software, mapping software, paint, a shoe sole, an industrial roll cutting apparatus, wheel units for snowmobiles, an internal combustion engine, and countless other devices, processes, and designs.
Patricia began her professional career as a technical documentation specialist at a company in Germany and has near-native language proficiency in German. In addition to representing domestic clients, Patricia also represents the intellectual property interests of many foreign clients from countries that include Germany, Norway, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Turkey, Russia, China, and Australia.
Today, Patricia is partially retired and spends much of her time working remotely as she pursues her greatest passion – traveling abroad.
